How to submit cancellation or change request?
Select the appropriate request type and cancellation type:
In case of partial cancellation, you need to select the right segment and passenger.
If you wish to change something in the ticket, please select ‘Reissuance’ and also enter the details in the Remarks field.
Once you submit the request our support team will get in touch with you to complete the request. Refunds may not be instant and can take few days. Also the amount will be refunded in the BTC equivalent of INR as per our exchange rates at the time of completing the request(when you receive BTC).
(It was a test booking cancellation so you don’t see the exact amount and segregated data to explain the taxes)
